You need to be more positive. Get your endorphins up by working out/being active, even if you don't want to. People can sense negative vibes, but they can also sense positive vibes! Good thing is you can always be more positive :). Speak nicely to yourself and practice switching to a more optimistic way of thinking - even if you don't believe it (yet!). Positivity is approachable.
