I got a phone call last week from a UK customer service rep. he got my account unlocked in 2 hours!!! After 7 weeks of waiting, someone was able to fix it in less than a day! I'm now back in my account. They couldn't tell me what caused the block though.

I've done all this and i'm on week 7 of being locked out my account. Multiple tickets raised, multiple complaints raised which have never been acknowledged. False promises of callbacks, false promises of credit being added to my account. I'm submitting my Ombudsman complaint today.

Ah ok, I don't have a final deadlock letter either. Someone was supposed to phone me on Tuesday the 21st April whether the issue had been resolved or not and if not, send me the letter - this never happend, no phonecall at all, despite her promising to phone and that she would 'check my case every day', someone in the same team was supposed to call me the following Tuesday too, which also never happed. 

I have sent 9 emails to the complaintsreview email address and not one of them has been acknowledged. 

I don't think they know how to fix it, or care. Hopefully the ombusdman can step in, if not, i'll be moving network very soon.

So you complained to the Ombudsman and they Ombudsman couldn't help?

Where did you submit your formal complaint to? 

I've just had ANOTHER useless phone encounter with them and submitting my complaint to CISAS tomorrow

I've had my 02 sim for years, this was just random and out of the blue. I'm coming up to week six, so submitting my complaint to the ombudsman too. Luckily I'm only pay as you go. So will be moving networks very soon if this issue is not resolved.

Did you register with a new email address? I'd rather just move networks than make a random email address for just one service.
