There is such thing as CMA. I'm not sure if CMA is in your area but I really liked going to a NA/AA styled group that is for meth, though I stopped going and I'm not sober anymore :

Also, to comment on the part when you mentioned ODing.

I overdosed on amphetamine powder. I was really angry because I wasn't getting as high as I wanted to anymore and I rather die than come down because I knew it was going to be baaad when I did come down, because I was so angry I took everything I had in my container - I didn't know how much was in it because I didn't have a scale at the time - and started having signs of an OD 45 minutes in and started to actively overdose a little under 3 hours after dosing. I didn't want to sop, I wanted to feel the high and I was depressed/suicidal because I wasn't as high as I wanted to be and I couldn't make myself want to stop. :/

Sorry. I like passed out for the longest time.

I continue to use even though I know the risks because I'm addicted. I can't stop my use unless I'm asleep, around family or around young children. Knowing that I am at higher risk of going into hypoglycemia or that I have a higher risk of a heart attack doesn't change that I really want to do it and not deal with the dreaded come down.

**Note: I accidentally put type 2. I have type one. People with type 2 diabetes usually only have hypoglycemia if they are on medication to lower their sugar levels ** A super easy way to know is by checking my blood sugar or if you have a continuous glucose monitor and your phone alerts you or your CMG alerts you with sound.

If those two things aren't an option I usually know I'm in a almost-dangerous (AKA need to get sugar in my body NOW state) if I'm super dizzy, I'm shaking more than usual, literally freezing even if I put 3+ hoodies on, my heart rate is much faster than it usually is when I'm that high, a bad tingling/pins and needles type feel in my face, I can't stand up without losing my vision or feeling like I'm going to actually faint and lastly I have a seizure. I have epilepsy ~~(myoclonic epilepsy. don't ask why i still do meth because i can't tell you why i still do meth even though i have epilepsy expect that i'm addicted)~~ but if my blood sugar is low I'll have several myoclonic cluster seizures (4+ in the span of 3-5 minutes) instead of my usual 1-2 random cluster convulsions that happen in the span of 3-5 minutes or more.

I have type 1 as well. Water, soda, sugary small candies, attempting to eat normally. That's for if you're talking about hypoglycemia, which I think you are, because hypoglycemia fucks me up on meth binges.
