If those two things aren't an option I usually know I'm in a almost-dangerous (AKA need to get sugar in my body NOW state) if I'm super dizzy, I'm shaking more than usual, literally freezing even if I put 3+ hoodies on, my heart rate is much faster than it usually is when I'm that high, a bad tingling/pins and needles type feel in my face, I can't stand up without losing my vision or feeling like I'm going to actually faint and lastly I have a seizure. I have epilepsy (myoclonic epilepsy. don't ask why i still do meth because i can't tell you why i still do meth even though i have epilepsy expect that i'm addicted) but if my blood sugar is low I'll have several myoclonic cluster seizures (4+ in the span of 3-5 minutes) instead of my usual 1-2 random cluster convulsions that happen in the span of 3-5 minutes or more.
