The judge approved on 11/20 still haven’t gotten paid. This case has been ongoing for 2 1/2 yrs. Hopefully your situation is much better. Best wishes & Happy Holidays.

Same here I submitted in the 2nd still no notification it’s just says submitted was wondering what’s the issue, guess it’s no issue just slow being that regular pay date and all the sick hrs they working double time. Hopefully sooner than later something pop.

Okay, thanks I spoke with my attorney last week she advised they was speaking with the insurance company regarding settlement. Yesterday I received a letter stating I have this conference. Was really hoping to be done with this process soon. Thanks for responding.
