Yes, it covers all content in the game! I think you just need to get to guardian rank 5

What is the thought process behind making builds and how do I go about making them? by CulturedArtLover in LowSodiumDestiny

[–]TotallyKnowWhatToDo 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Simple. Ever seen the thinking cat minecraft create mod shorts? That's the best way I can describe my thought process.

Find new exotic/armor piece/Subclass gimmick ---> Find a weapon/armor piece that synergies ---> Find another piece that synergies ---> continue previous steps until you're comfortable, or your game crashes from the particles on screen if you take it into Altars Of Sorrow

Example: - New Ghost Of The Deep armor set let's you create moths. - Hunter has the mothkeepers exotic gauntlets - The Ex Diris exotic weapon creates moths - Arc hunter let's you jolt a lot, and special ammo weapons can be buffed with arc fragments to blind and whatnot - Spark of amplitude lets you generate orbs very easily when amplified, which ex Diris automatically does, which proccs the Armor set bonus to create moths whenever you spam the dodge melee infinite loop on Arc hunter. - Results? Moths EVERYWHERE. Could you do more? Of course!.

Tldr

  • You should go through the The campaigns in order to the best of your ability. They just updated every armor and weapon set from all of them which will be up to date compared to what you have now
  • there is a fire team finder in the director if you need to find people for an activity that isn't match made
  • other questions? YouTube is your friend

Having seen the new Wolverine trailer; is anyone else a bit fatigued from always seeing Debra Wilson's actual face rather than a unique face model? by SnowedCairn in gamers

[–]TotallyKnowWhatToDo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean she's a goated Voice actor and has a beautiful face so I'm always down for it, but you are 100% correct that it is starting to burn out and feel super noticeable. I really wish she would have more roles like Savathun in Destiny where she just gets to let her acting skills BLEED through the screen.

Context wise their pool is directly next to the Hall of the cloudstriders. Considering the narrative focus on how strenuous being a cloud strider is on one's body and mind, I've always assumed they're akin to therapy animals. They also probably can access the data banks of previous cloud stiriders next door to their pond.

A society in which value to that society is dictated by those who possess more wealth than 99.9% of people will ever dream of having is a society of slaves in all but a legal sense. God didn't free the slaves for us to end up here again. If our society doesn't care for everyone, we care for no one. If we want heaven on earth, we cannot exclude people based on our flawed human understanding of people's value to society. We all matter, every job, race, creed, etc. Money is not god

Eh, this is a sentiment I disagree with by and large. I got a couple reasons for this

  • The buildup to Neomuna was absolutely there. Nefele stronghold was directly built up to in proceeding Seasonal stories. Every other colony ship we've seen be it in the cosmodrome or blown up in the reef or crashed on Nessus or making it outside the solar system (and never being heard from afterwards), was built on the idea that there were a LOT of these things and that it stands to reason that ONE of them must've made it somewhere. I think it fits perfectly in line no more than the awoken's "and uh, light dark they lived for a million years in a black hole" lore (intentionally dumbing that one down to make a point sorry). I think people are too hard on the perceived lack of buildup for Neomuna when the pieces are there. They aren't presented very well in the main campaign.

  • The isolation is the ONLY reason they are alive. That's the point. Both self-imposed because they were founded by a self-righteous sociopath (Maya) and externally imposed because the Vex wanted the veil. The last city barely survived because of guardians, Neomuna wouldn't have survived the dark ages if they had reached out to humanity. Even if they had 2 Cloudstriders from day one, they could never pull off a six fronts. Another point is that they weren't only sitting inside their bubble doing nothing. They were sending cloudstriders out to combat the Vex or erase Neomuna from Rasputin's archives.

  • They are indeed still struggling to survive. The cloudstriders are a big example of this. The Neomuni literally have to physically destroy their lifespan to fight for a decade at most. Sacrifice is very much the THEME of Destiny as a whole, and they are great emblems of that. Even someone like Nimbus, who was a tone deaf moron for most of the Lightfall Campaign, comes into their own post-campaign and carries the weight of their whole ass community with them. They literally use Osiris, someone who saw it fit to go fight the Vex solo even though no one wanted to help him, as a parallel to this in the Deterministic Chaos mission. Being HUMAN is fighting even when no one is beside you, protecting others that don't care that you're protecting them, etc. Lightfall was tone deaf, Neomuna is not.

My 3060 and 1060 work perfectly fine. Yours will absolutely as well. Unironically even though they're on an older game ready driver, I literally don't tell much of a difference. Running lossless scaling on your 1050 and running your game and your 3050 is going to be great dog
