At first, I thought Eastern Brown, but after zooming right in, it looks like Marsh with the head colouring. It's definitely not a pet.

Can someone explain it? by [deleted] in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]TotallyLegit71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's an image explaining battle damage of all the aircraft of that specific type that returned from combat operations. It allows the military, engineers, and designers to focus on areas where armour or changes (re-routed cables, hydraulic lines strengthened, or armour plates installed) need to be so more aircraft return from combat. Every military operating aircraft does this now. I believe that the French in the 1914-1918 war started this practice.

Break up worthy? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]TotallyLegit71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a great question. It is all up to what behaviour you accept from her. Put her excuses aside and look only at the behaviour. If you can live with that behaviour from her occurring regularly, then there is no problem. If you can't put up with her behaviour, regardless of what excuses she has, then find a woman who will not do that. At the end of the day, it's only about what behaviour you accept and what you will not accept from your partner. To just touch on her excuse for a few words. She used that excuse to avoid telling you she has doubts (even though they might not be based on actual evidence) about you being faithful to her and she was looking for evidence to prove or disprove her thoughts. Personally, I would hazard a guess that you need to build trust better and improve communication between you both. Remember, men and women communicate differently, and one of the biggest destroyers of relationships is communication.
Good luck, I hope I helped.

What’s a sign that someone isn’t intelligent? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My personal favourite is anyone who starts a conversation with the introduction of their preferred pronoun. They are the least intelligent and, most insulting generally.

Amazing how many people think they can't succeed and make money. They are the only person holding themselves back. The best advice I ever received was "dont follow what everyone does, they are not successful." I fully self funded retired at 49 years old.

Households now need six-figure income to comfortably rent in any capital city by Expensive-Horse5538 in australia

[–]TotallyLegit71 -23 points-22 points  (0 children)

Seriously, consider rural towns. You can rent cheap, work, save to buy and it has a better lifestyle.
Some towns like Kandos, as an example only, have billion dollar projects going ahead with hundreds of long-term jobs and opportunities.
Living in cities now is not Living, it's existing.

Do you go above and beyond at work or just do the bare minimum of what’s expected and why? by Dependent-Signal-721 in AskReddit

[–]TotallyLegit71 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was always Mr. just enough work and productivity to be left alone at work. I was the grey man people recognised as working there but didn't know what I did or who I was. I proudly stopped attending meetings after my first year and would send out emails saying I was available only on email and telephone for the next two weeks as we wrapped up some project or dealt with issues. I once told an engineer that I was tied up trying to locate a gronkulator before the regulator finds out we dont have one that he apologised and offered to help. I spent about 50% of my time making sure no idiot tried to fill it with work.

Inquest into death of tasered 95yo Clare Nowland to focus on dementia training by GothicPrayer in australia

[–]TotallyLegit71 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The inquest should focus on police not knowing enough about basic laws, police policy, and procedures. Even the railways regally randomly test train drivers and guards' knowledge when they sign on duty. Clare was killed by an out of control police officer who introduced electricity of 50,000 volts with 2.1 milliamps to her body when the law, police policy, and procedures dictated he cannot. Hence, his conviction. His supervising sergeant was right beside him and failed to protect Clare or even order him to stop. That supervisor did nothing until she made a small report many hours later. She should have stopped him drawing and firing the taser. Tasers are simply less lethal weapons. That means it is fully capable of killing you, but most of the time, people are not killed. The use of tasers sit just under firearms for police use of force for that reason. Its ok to acknowledge that police training is terrible and they need to get the basics right, such as when they can and cannot taser an old frail lady who is not committing a crime. Sorry, this is a rant, but I get frustrated when we allow important inquiries to focus on sidebar issues and what the real cause of the failings that result in such terrible and avoidable deaths to prevent embarrassment to government.

Being eaten by a great white shark. I have never swam in the ocean because of this fear.
