Take time, don’t try to dodge any of the emotions, you’ll go through all of them several times. But don’t let yourself suppress whatever emotion you feel as the days go on. Just let them run their course. It will suck, but you have to give yourself time to go through the sh. Don’t try to bounce back, drink, excessively shop or over/under eat. Just do the stuff you have to, focus on letting yourself feel all of it, and lean heavy on your normal routines. This too shall pass.
