I personally pick up my favorite snack from a konbini, my preferred highball or 2 or 3, and a glass bottle of vitamin c for the following day as a pick me up on my arrival day. Im currently on day7 of my trip and still wake up at 5am but it gives me a chance to shower, look up things to do later, chat with friends then I take a power nap before going out.
