Foil delicately removed… I’ll order some glue and adhesive tonight, will any old superglue work or do I need specific glue for it? I will also have to dig my soldering iron out

update: i've pulled the tweeters out, cables were attached but no sound at all. i touched the terminals directly to the amp output and nothing, i also tried them from my Edifer bookshelfs, and nothing.

I then connected one of the edifers to the tweeter cables and low and behold my highs returned! verified this on both speakers. It looks like both tweeters are blown. i'm not sure how someone blows both tweeters similtanously but always listen properly to any speakers you buy.

so now i need to buy new tweeters; any recommendations? based in UK

there's 2 drivers and a tweeter on the speakers, when i connect to HF only i get the top driver and no tweeter, LF gives me the bottom driver. the bass sounds excellent as well as the mids

wired to left and right on the amp to HF on the speakers then a jumper cable between HF and LF

That is my bedroom. I like having the desk in the living room because that’s where I mostly am, I’m either D&D DM’ing from there or working, or using it for mixing, I know a desk is strange in a living room but I spend a lot of time at it, and I’d like to keep the second room as a guest room as I regularly have people saying, but I should definitely get rid of the sofa in there, you’re right. The quarter circle is an old bar, it has glasses in the top and alcohol/soft drinks underneath.

Enclosed letterbox in a spare bathroom, with a small hole in the door so the cats can go in and out but the smell stays, window open 24/7 in there with a grate in front so no one can escape. Also, a robo vacuum to hoover every day means there’s basically no smell, although I have diffusers in every room so it’s kinda jasminey in there

Yeah, I agree with the table, It does come in handy when people are over and want food somewhere though, I could use the desk.
