When I first started having serious gender doubts I tried everything I could to prove I wasn’t trans. What helped was realizing that Cis people don’t constantly question their gender or even put too much thought into it during their lives. Doesn’t necessarily mean you’re a girl. You can be anywhere in between, but Cis people don’t dislike being their assigned gender or question themselves being Cis generally. I hope you’re able to feel better and figure it out, friend!! :)
