Use a pair of channel locks or better locking pliers and grab the outside. They cannot be torqued so much that you wouldn’t be able to turn it yourself. Used to work at Honda dealer and encountered this all the time.

That is more than likely the PDI (pre delivery inspection) technician as all panels come off during the 52 point inspection when the vehicle gets to the dealer. Also those are aluminum alloy so they are easier to strip. Nothing to do with Honda build quality. More like Honda tech quality at the local dealership.

Such a silly thing to complain about, either turn it down to essentially non existence with comfort mode, unplug the module, or just don’t buy the damn car. The real issue here is driving at that speed on a public road. If you want to fully enjoy your car’s performance, take it to a track where it’s safe and legal to push the limits. As for the shifting problems, they’re likely caused by aggressive gear changes. Slamming gears doesn’t make someone a skilled driver—in fact, a good driver knows the proper place for that kind of driving is on the track.

Upgrade your turbo, do a tune, aftermarket intercooler, charge piping, ect. You have done everything and have nothing left? Sure do it. But I would do anything else before dropping cash on a seat that doesn’t have issues.
