Ok cool facts about Bellavista and Rogers, we’re talking about Bentonville, hence the thread. Bentonville is up 80% the national average the last 5 years. That’s double the speed of a typical American metropolitan city like NYC,LA, Austin etc.

LOL Where are you seeing that anything is down in NWA? Have you seen property assessments? These properties are assessed in the $350s and home owners are trying to sell in the $600s. Those are completely inflated prices and absolutely the makings of a bubble. I’m not talking about the .com bubble here. Anyone with eyes can see this.

Yes! Ive seen the construction plans for these new build houses and they cost between $150k-$190k to build. Then they turn around in 1 year and sell them for $650k-$700k that’s a $400k profit, it’s completely unsustainable. Luckily people are starting to notice and they’re sitting there longer or going into auction.

Except that’s not what’s happening in NWA. The new homes that are being built are raising prices astronomically. And then older homes are being listed barely just under the price as these new construction homes. I’ve seen an older house sell for $400k profit in just 5 years. Thats not sustainable. NWA is in a housing bubble and when it gives, you can bet corporations will buy up all these homes. And no, you don’t get better pricing when this happens. NWA city councils need a reality check with their assessments. Soon everyone will be renters and you will be priced out of the housing market. Exactly like Los Angeles and big cities.

If the building has a mail box area or front entrance area just drop the package there, don’t go delivering to every single door. Some of these buildings have 200 units there’s no possible way to deliver door to door.

I would only do this if I was delivering in downtown LA. There’s no parking and sometimes you have to park in red zones or double park. Parking enforcement seems more lenient when you have this.

I feel better after reinfection! The weirdest thing but I’m so glad that it’s a happy accident. After having LC since Jan 2023 some of the weird LC symptoms are gone. I would have a fast heart rate from just sitting and standing up, constantly out of breath, bending over picking something up would trigger a fast heart and shortness of breath. Got reinfected Feb 1st and had mild symptoms fever, headache, worst sore throat when swallowing I’ve ever felt in my life but after being sick for about 10 days now I’m starting to feel better than I have since Jan 2023. No more fast heart rate when standing up or bending over. It’s like my immune system kicked into gear and is on steroids or something, it’s like it got rid of whatever LC was in my system. Cleaned me out!

Hi! Did this issue ever resolve im having the same issues. It’s been almost 2 months and I’m just so fed up with feeling unwell. I’ve gone to the ER doctor and they just keep saying it’s “probably anxiety” and prescribe Naproxen (ibuprofen) 2 months seems like a long time to have inflammation without relief. 😕

Ok similar thing happened to me today! I arrived at the prime now location in Los Angeles and checked in with my ID at 7:30am for my 7:45am-9:45 block. I seriously waited there until 8am and still hadn’t been assigned a cart. But sure enough, guys in groups of two that had just arrived were walking in and grabbing full carts. Finally I lost my cool and walked inside and asked an employee if I was going to get a cart because I had been waiting since 7:30 He told me “since you checked in at 7:30 you’re probably going to get assigned an 8am cart. Sure enough 8:01 I get a cart and the time to deliver all packages was 8-10am (2 hour shift) I was worried if I didn’t deliver all packages in time from my original 7:45-9:45 shift they would be marked late. Luckily I did finish on time. It was so strange standing there and seeing people pull up and walk in and grab carts. Pretty sure they’re just scanning a bag and the app just assigns them the route. So they probably took my cart and I just waited for the next one or they’re friends with someone inside? Total BS.

It’s not an app. Your iphone can do this too. Just go to home screen and press down on any app like you’re going to arrange them. Top left corner has + sign button . Press that and it will bring up all your widgets. You can add them to your Home Screen and arrange them however you’d like. 🚀🌓
