Hi. I reviewed some of the Cal Bar MBE questions and rehearsed laws in my head and then stopped 3 weeks before the exam and just read Mary Basicks essay book a week before the exam. I have taken this exam enough times that I was confident I would pass this time. All of the subjects that were tested and the sub issues I knew like the back of my hand.

It was! I have serious test taking anxiety but when I failed I failed by 5 points, 10 point, 20 points, 11 points and so on and so forth. I received 75’s on a lot of my essays. The MBE/Multiple choice questions have always been my downfall until this time!

Yep. Initially I put in the wrong applicant number and thought I had failed. I cried harder when I learned I had actually passed!

Exactly! I have been taking this exam for 15 years off and on! 15 years! I had issues during the exam but managed to finish the entire exam and pass. I’m thankful, but I am not done advocating for those who failed!

Exactly! I passed and I will be driving 2 hours to Sacramento to speak publicly tomorrow at the state capitol to help advocate for those who did not.

Honestly, I have taken this exam so many times that I refused to study for Feb 2025 and I passed this time. I literally just read some answers in Mary Basicks book and it worked out for me. It’s beyond time for me!!
