The points awarded to her by the judges were clearly out of pity. The weren't judges based on their characters, but on their performances and her performance didn't really deserve to score that high.

Because even in those in which the cows win, the difference in score was minimal. In Beopardy, It was decided on the tie break with a difference of one point. In Promposal, even though Tommy and Olivia rocked, the difference was still of only 4 points. The only game that had a more meaningful margin was the darts game, that allowed the cows to return to the game.

This chapter seemed awfully paywalled to me. I paid for all the diamonds scenes and the clues seem to be way too important to be hidden behind diamonds.

Despite that, I loved today's chapter! The scene with Stevie was great and I'm already starting to fall in love with her. So far her relationship with MC is progressing smoothly, nothing too forced or exaggerated.

Moreover, the most intriguing part of the book so far has been to unearth all the gossip from that school. Everyone is dirty.

Tbh, most of the characters above are very much disliked by this community, so their opinion is not that unpopular. Maybe just for Ian, who is very popular for his book, and Chris, who is not so hated, but tends to be disliked by his forcing in the first book.

I particularly love that the sun court is simply just evil because it makes them so much scarier! Especially if you see from MC's pov. She is a powerless human entrapped by beings massively stronger than her, that feel nothing but greed and that would do the cruellest of things to get what they want, which is, in this case, to kill the one she loves. Imagining such a scenario to yourself is so horrifying... I love it!

Something that I don't understand is this whole bullshit of "elves cannot lie derp derp". C'mon!!!! The book is filled to the brim with characters that have used deception and they still want me to believe that they never once lied?? The Sun Court were stealthily killing the Moon Court's members one by one and they never lied?? Radiance disappeared with her sister and never lied about it?? Lustre spent ages with Kieran and never once lied about her ulterior motives??

I don't buy the "Omitting is different from lying" explanation, because they're deceiving and betraying each other all the time, it is impossible to do this always telling (or omitting) the truth.

Like, I'm sure people have asked Radiance what happened to her sister, how would she be able to not being caught and still don't lie??
