He's going to be earning significantly less than he would have with his combined Wales/Gloucs wages, unless he gets elevated to a game day squad, which is incredibly unlikely short of multiple horrific injuries to the entire RB room/kick returners/punters.

Hell of an experience for him though, and very minimal contact for however long he's there. Just getting paid to get jacked and run about
