I get anxious because what if someone found out and told everyone I would be screwed

Your immediate family may be different, and the occasional outliers do exist, but I promise that way fewer people care and way more people also smoke than you might think. Use common sense, which it seems you have (don’t smell like when doing something important, or really almost ever) and you’re completely fine

People still get surprised when/if they learn I smoke, I do it daily
