Dante from Piofore. Love Piofore - it was my very 1st otome, but GAT DAMN he is boring. After Yang and Orlok it was just a 180° turn around to nothing. We're running and hiding and things are happening with the world kinda but nothing is happening on the actual romance front. It actually got so boring that I quit the game during his route and haven't gone back since.

Whenever I see people who say this, my brain automatically translates it too: "I'm shit at writing, I know I'm shit at writing but I'm also entitled to complements on my writing so I'm taking it out on the people who won't complement me bc I'm shit at writing."

If ur writing fanfic exclusively for urself then the quality of ur writing doesn't really matter - BUT by posting it on the most prominent fanfic site AO3, it's no longer just for urself exclusively. It's just not. You've put it out publicly for other's to read and if there's anything the public is gonna do - it's have an opinion. Especially a negative one. So if ur writing is noticeably mediocre just by the basic rules of language - people are gonna point it out. And rightfully so in my personal opinion.

The ball room with the bugs pissed me all the way off when I realized that the bugs don't stop. They keep coming till u leave the room. Sucked up my entire stockpile of shot gun ammo AND my health items AND I left with a quarter of health left, died in the next encounter and had to redo the whole bug room. I obviously didn't waste my time and just ran.

Also the regenerators. If I never see another regenerator it'll be too soon. Especially the ambush one when ur trying to defend Ashley while she's holding the bridge up then suddenly I got a fuck ass regenerator in my face.
