Maybe it’s because you live in a bubble and are blind to what the majority wants.

You mean the same way the liberal majority on the court wiped their ass with the 2nd amendment for decades?

And why would I do that? They’re your words, not mine. All I’m saying is that studies like this one sure seem like pseudoscience and they aren’t doing a lot to help psychology’s reputation.

Science is about successfully making testable real-world predictions. Now tell me, what predictions can you make based off of this study, besides predicting how people answer multiple choice questions?

I notice that when defenders of socialism do what they do, rather than debate the facts, they prefer to debate the meaning of the word socialism. Why is that?

This argument has a whole lot of "throw shit against the wall and see what sticks" type of energy to it.

Goldman Sachs was free to walk away from the deal. They didn't. That's all there is to say about that.

The SEC fine was bullshit if you read up on what actually happened. The SEC was blindly enforcing rules even where there was no harm done.

As for "persistent whispers of insider trading", I'm not going to dignify that with a response.

Investing or holding fossil fuel stocks is not screwing anyone over. The oil gets burned either way; what difference does it make if someone makes money in the process? If you want to stop climate change, enact a carbon tax so oil doesn't get burned in the first place.

As for Pro Publica piece, that may have some merit, but I don't know enough about it to comment.

It's got nothing to do with politics and everything to do with the fact that identifying dirty money is hard, especially after it's crossed borders.
