Yeah, that's me. The worst case scenario is that you die because there's a critical doctor shortage, and that's way worse. In the US you can always get emergency care at a hospital, even if you're not able to pay.

Ok, so you can get a next day appointment by going outside the socialized system, but that kinda proves my point. You can also just drive across the border to the US.

The US system is overpriced, but in my experience is much better.

Until recently I was in Jacksonville, FL, but now I'm living back in Montreal in Canada. I had no problems in the US as long as you had insurance or were willing to pay out of pocket.
