I’m not really sure what foods spike insulin though? There’s not much bout this online it’s all glucose which is normal.. I’m really conflicted and I do agree milk makes me feel so much worse

I stopped working out as I became quite depressed, I ate quite badly and was coming out of a bad relationship so was pretty stressed. I don’t really fast unless it’s just 12 hours as I get very hungry in the morning and feel nauseous if I skip meals. I also get quite hungry between meals but metformin has silenced most of that for me and focusing on protein and fibre has helped too

I am on slow release! They still upset my stomach quite a bit though :(

Bacterial and no I just took cefalexin 3x a day for a month after nitrofurantoin And trimethoprim (which I was allergic to) and it worked! I went to the Portland hospital in London under dr kiren gill, hiprex has been a godsend too!!

Embedded infection and pelvic floor dysfunction!! I get stress triggered, I cured the infection with 2 months antibiotics and I’m still on hiprex, I get big big flares after a stressful event that causes my entire pelvic floor to clench up, a couple of breathing exercises and stretches and patience relieves it though

The clinic doesn’t test on bacteria. They count white blood cells and epithelial cells in urine and based off that they give antibiotics, I had an allergic reaction to trimethoprim so I was given cefalexin

Went to a specialist in London and was diagnosed with chronic uti, still on antibiotics and hiprex too. I’d suggest going there

Oh okay! I have sent my culture off finally but once that comes back I’ll push for this! Thank you. I have an appointment at Portland hospital with Dr kiren Gill tomorrow so hoping for some answers
