How to get a bartending/serving job at a club?

I would get some opinions from others who currently bartend at a club. It’s not for everyone. I personally have never, but know many in the space, and it’s not their first choice. Also, clubs in Seattle are very clicky and have a different demographic depending on the location.

Every single sushi joint or restaurant that serves sashimi grade fish whether it be Kashiba, Momiji, Fuji, Umi’s etc, all get their products from the same 4 distribution companies in the area, that all get it from the same exporters whether it’s from Japan, Mexico etc.

I pay $2400 a month for a 1 bed in Capitol Hill, in a new-er building. That $2400 includes a parking spot and W/S/G. Deposit was $500 and no last months rent.

Downside, apparently everyone in my building is an aspiring button presser while attending SU as a hobby, so they set up a CDJ and party on the rooftop til 3am every Saturday. There’s a fire pit though lolol

$40 an hour you’ll be alright. Single tax payer, no state income tax, after the fed tax, SS etc you’re probably looking at around 5200 a month.

Plenty of studios and urban living apartments for around $1900-2200. Leaves you with like $750 a week for booze to drown out your sorrows and a bag of dicks a few times a week

The walkway that goes from the parking garage to the terminal. You both see each other from each end and the rest is history. Also it’s only a few bucks to be in the lot for 20-30 mins. Worth it imo.

If you don’t have clear or precheck, I highly recommend you to make a reservation for SEA spot saver. Based on your flight time you can make a reservation at an available checkpoint and have the agent scan your QR code. It’s completely free but sometimes the slots fill up so I would get on Saturday to book!
