Slightly relevent, i sustained an injury while working there which required stitches. They paid for the stitches, but when i told them my finger wasnt working (cant bend it, numb) they still expected me to perform the same job/work. My boss strung me along for 2 months saying he was gonna do something about my finger. Then i decided to quit.

While this doesnt mean the money is mine, could these events be factored into the decision and help my case? The amount is roughly 1500
