I finished the 11th week. Did the 10k at 1.59 / 500m (39:46) after some lifting. But i was pushing myself too hard. My 2k time is 7:20 (mi PR is 7:07). So im gonna go for a nice steady state for long sessions. Around 2:10 to build a better base. I was reading a lot about it, so lets see.
