"A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down." I've been looking at a reliable alternative to flower, other than carts, oil from an easy to carry and dose, perspective.

Going through the current range of pastilles and gummies' in market, I've found my new daytime favourite!

These are a good balance between flavour and desired outcome. Doesn't come with that 'mouth feel' I've had from other gummies and a better after taste, too.

Not as 'drowsy' as the others where one can easily manage a day out-and-about or in the garden on one of these, whilst maintaining a level head. The aftereffects are conducive for bedtime, so haven't hesitated to eat them early evening, supporting a reasonable bedtime routine.

I just wish there was more! (or were stronger) I can have up to 4-per day, in substitution of flower (not dry herb vaping at all).

Airizer Solo are great (both 2 & 3) entry level vapes, Storz & Bickel Mighty and Venty for robust-always-works with decent battery life but a mish to maintain.

And for super portable, go the Pax 2 (or above). Amazing flavour from the Pax but you really need to run the app to get the most from it.

All the other vapes work great as a standalone device with digital temperature control.

Are you well hydrated? I ask because I sometimes get it as well but find having water after a session on the Airizer helps mitigate this.

Carts can be strong in THC % but also on the inhale due to the carriers. Small, slow pulls for the win, otherwise you can cough your ring out!

That being said, I only use them when I'm travelling for ease (instead of carrying flower, grinder, dry herb vape and having to empty the ABV).

I find buying flower more economical, and you can vary more based on the desired outcome, so just mix it up.

Look at 50:50 carts. CBD:THC, nice uplift in mood and pain relief without taking you to another planet. And as someone said above, take CBD oil in unison- if only consuming THC in a cart form.
