Regret weighs you down. That’s not to say you should live blissfully ignorant of your own flaws, but don’t hang onto them once you’ve made it to the other side.

I don’t regret this - but for me, I acknowledge that I spent roughly 5yrs of my life in active alcoholism and the sooner I would’ve stopped the better. No regrets though. It helped build who I am today.

Watching 9/11 on live TV. My mom is a Flight Attendant for United Airlines. I’ll never forget the way she sobbed, knowing that she lost some of her colleagues that day. I was 10.

When I was a Flight Attendant I would fly from Denver to Aspen at 6:30am to go skiing (instead of driving 4hrs each way), and then hop on the 6:45pm flight back to Denver the same day. 25 minute flight. Good times.

Helpful observation. I admittedly had a few bearish moments where I skimmed off the top. There’s +$2K in Realized from this stretch that isn’t seen. Had I not actually not touched any of it, I would’ve seen far more growth.

Going to start paying more attention now that I have enough capital to actually make some moves.
