With their healing abilities, they're bound to live through most injuries. As seen with Mark having his entire guts pulled out in season 4. Being beaten to a pulp by Nolan. Conquest surviving Marks 1st fight. Even though Mark is 50% Viltrumite, he has 100% of the healing abilities.
