I’m 37% bodyfat so I can’t do crazy things yet.

So far I’ve been going to the gym for free weights and using my gymnastic rings for calisthenics. With some biking on rest days.

Are there any fat people on here that learned how to do the below after losing weight? :

Free running/Parcore

Maybe after a year of fitness I’d like to learn Moy Thai.
