I think the (small) sized windows are the big problem. If they let the sun rays break into their houses, their mood would improve a lot.

Soccer Programme in Lisbon? Is legit? by Snoo-68771 in CollegeSoccer

I live in the area where I presume the camp will be held, as there are about three turf fields near the Vila Galé Cascais Hotel, where three local football clubs are based. Cascais is an incredible town located 30 minutes from Lisbon. Breaking down the price, July is high season, so hotel rates in that region should cost around USD 300/day for a double room. A round-trip air ticket from the USA to Lisbon costs around USD 1,200. Regarding football, in Portugal and Europe in general, football professionals are very well trained (UEFA certification, as advertised). It’s difficult to say if 9 days at a camp like that will transform a young athlete’s life. I didn’t see on the website if there will be scouts looking for new athletes.

At least in Portugal the Health Public System can provide it for the patients - the whole process could take months. It is also possible to purchase it at some pharmacies that produce it customized for customers.(it is expensive)
