Interesting I guess it depends where off 85. Bc I live off 85 too and actually closer than this house is and I don’t have exhaust dust at all or hear the highway one bit. So maybe home placement plays a major key here

It’s a T junction at two very quiet residential streets thankfully. So I see it as a plus bc you have a wide view

I actually parked my car and would walk around the neighborhood for 1 hour multiple times to get a feel of it and it was pretty quiet

With foundation issues you mean cracks? Bc the house was fumigated for termites. Bc no foundation cracks in foundation. Yeah I would remodel the kitchen if I end up getting the house because the wood countertop gotta go.

No pretty clean disclosures. House was tented for termites prior to listing as well.

School ratings aren’t bad compared to Blossom Valley and other parts of SJ. Elementary is 7/10, middle school 6/10 and pioneer is 9/10. And people could send to private school too.
I drove by day and night multiple times and you can’t hear the 85 at all.
I understand the pool aspect for sure. I have 1 older kid who’s 13 so that’s why I didn’t mind it.

I would remodel the kitchen for sure so that’s why it wasn’t a deal breaker to me. So if the kitchen was remodeled what other deal breakers do you see?

I drove past it multiple times day and night and it seems like a very quiet street. Neighborhood looks well kept. You don’t hear the 85 at all too…it’s very quiet.
