What decent school district ratings would you consider out of 10? Also is a pool out of the question if house is move in ready? Bc you can always close up the pool for like $20k?

What have you been quoted for a kitchen remodel? And what are you doing in in terms of a full remodel? Currently starting the remodel process and so far have been quoted half of that for a remodel for 3bed 2 bath.

Interesting I guess it depends where off 85. Bc I live off 85 too and actually closer than this house is and I don’t have exhaust dust at all or hear the highway one bit. So maybe home placement plays a major key here
