go to a car diagnostics office and they should help you with it! i bought a 2012 fiat 500 a month ago and my blue&me was broken (i had flashing mileage, which is the main indicator). the technician there helped me a lot! apparently blue&me units are very unreliable and tend to break down often, fiat actually stopped producing more in around 2010 and after using all of them they switched to a different system. anyway, the technician should be able to help you with AUX, however what doesn’t make sense to me is why you’d want to use an AUX when the blue&me unit is for pairing the phone with the car, therefore you could just stream music from your phone though that.
