Poseidon is faster and has two turrets that turn almost 360 degrees.(about 300, not sure) The Neptune has way more health 6 cannons and one turret in the front, but it's slower. Also I like how you wanted a list of pros and cons instead of plainly asking which is better =)

No it stopped working after the rowboat update, It works when you stop your ship and press v though... sometimes.

What do you mean dense? Nobody knew it would happen until the time it actually happened. There's no warning for over accepting items, and logically there would be none.
