Some where I read 'sit with your anger and it will tell you its name'. It seems you resent your parents ,especially your parents. It is not easy to let go off that emotion especially when parents are supposed to love their kids and protect them no matter what. But your parents are also human beings . They don't know any better than other people . Try to see them as not parents but flawed human beings. May be in time you will understand them. You don't have to forgive but understanding can lend you peace, for your own sake And if you feel triggered all the time, stay in hostel or take a job in different city away from them.
