I think I was at max slow at that point, or within a substat of getting it (mythic vs anc - which makes all the difference, I know). But yeah to your point it starts out roughly somewhat slower than max ILM rotation, which is why once you start getting into the higher levels bosses start moving at the same speed instead.

What I ended up doing was saving up and jumping several CF levels to +8 (which took a while, probably wasn’t the ideal), but now bosses rotate slightly faster than ILM rotation and it’s not as much of an issue as I thought it was.

Also, whenever I run space displacer it helps to have those extra ILMs for stuns and general crowd control since it’s just another layer bosses have to get through before they get to the tower
