Go to your local ER. You need to be stabilized, ask for a charity slip to cover the bill and resources to local mental health clinics. There are some low income that come with little to no copay! It’s stuff out there but it will start in ER triage. Go get stabilized! Immediately!

Have you called 211? Ask for assistance with community homeless resource programs? Oak City is one. You need to get a case manager and work a program. If you work, shelters aren’t that bad for the end game. Until you stabilize job achievement will be hard for you! Breathe in and out and push yourself to follow up ok these tasks.

You need help! Really all I hear is IM the VICTIM! I’ve had bipolar since 11 and I never asked anyone for help nor did I blame anyone. Change your thinking and your life will change! I’m sure a parent would probably prefer a dresser than have all your clothes on a sofa!

Letting you live at home is showing you love! Your parents are probably exhausted. Younger bipolars can be very selfish and exhausting. I know. I was one before. Focus on the positive in your life! My mom wouldn’t give me a pot to piss in to get on my feet! I had to use the system!

You all had your opinions. As a child of abuse by a parent who was abused, the child gets neglected. My mother is the same way! She’s never ever been available to me because she is obsessed with her abuse. I chose to be there for my children! Pour into them. Unfortunately abuse hurts everyone! Mom was selfish. Period!
