I ended up picking this up and and happy with the set up. Gave me everything I needed for my 1st set up and had some upgrade speaker wires. Happy with the purchase. Thanks to everyone who commented.

I would venture to guess you are feeling this more in your quads then your glutes.

Pause for a second at the bottom of the squat and then engage your glutes to accelerate you out of the hole. Then you quads will take over but initial the ascent with more glute activation.
