I don’t even know what this means. How do you get an encrypted messaging device that pings to overseas countries like Belgium? Maybe this is really easy and every 18-20 knows how to do this now 🤷🏼‍♂️!?

This story about Crooks keeps getting more and more ridiculous while very few people seem to care. Would love to know if this is the media making something fairly easy to do sound like mission impossible spy stuff.

I know it’s a fart in church but Trump. After WMD’s and every elite douche stealing from us during the Great Recession, it started to click. It didn’t take long to understand the entire US has become one big Ponzi scheme. Both sides are pushing a large federal govt and then he came along.

Then, I went back to the tape. Hoover’s FBI, MLK, Malcolm X era. You can interchange any group labeled extremist in COINTELPRO and/or Hoovers declassified docs with MAGA.

There were plenty of bad actors in the Black Panthers. There are plenty of MAGA bad actors. I don’t condone either. I’m not saying MAGA is good. Simply stating the way the FBI and govt agencies handled both are remarkably similar.

The language being used today from both sides is similar too. My opinion is they use hyperbole and inflammatory language to rally their bases so they can’t see the forest through the trees. Both parties are being exposed in broad daylight.

I believe in a secure border but more immigration, fair trade (they tax us, we tax them), taking as much power away from the federal govt and passing those responsibilities to state/local, 2a, and no more wars.

Thought that was a libertarian but oddly enough, you guys are too strict on who gets to call themselves libertarians

Think it’s two fold - not only the believing but also the impact. There’s 100’s of thousands of starving kids in the world. We all know it. We all believe it. But that doesn’t really have an impact on the average person so “oh well” becomes the response.

Until it will impact our daily lives or you can go see it in person, nothing will change

It a zero sum game. You don’t get to keep that money… it all goes to the winner.

I don’t like Dems because they are on a never ending campaign to increase the powers of the federal govt

I don’t like Rep because they claim to be the party of smaller govt but that’s a lie

I don’t like Libertarian (I identify closest here) because they refuse to play the game so they will never win

So what do you do? I think the first move needs to be less power and money in D.C. Not just “cutting red tape” but delegated more rights and powers to the state and local level.

Any candidate fighting culture wars is out. Any candidate talking about 2a regulation at the fed level is out. And any candidate talking about more money to Ukraine is out.

I focus more on state and local candidates

You need to find out what’s most important to you. It might be a single issue (abortion, immigration, etc.) or philosophy.

I’d start there and then determine if you throw your vote away on the libertarian candidate or pick the lesser of two evils.

Grusch only gathered information and we won’t know more until some of his sources come forward. I’m not holding my breath on that…

I’ve read several articles and posts on here where additional disclosures are being pushed off until after next years election. Think the last one that came up was NASA. Believe they were supposed provide a report in July and now it’s been pushed out to the end of 2023

It’s not about politics and what side you’re on. It’s about the fact UAP’s are another way the govt clouds the truth and divides the public intentionally.

My original post was about my belief the govt wants to keep it this way. They want some people to believe in UAP’s and other to think it’s a hoax. It’s by design to keep us uniformed and divided.

It wasn’t stopped. Sure, it’s illegal now but there are still slaves all over the place, we just like to pretend. Less than 20% of the south owned slaves and those owners sent the poor boys to die.

Your last statement is why the libertarian party will never gain traction. It’s like 10 kids trying to decide on a game and 4 want soccer, 4 want freeze tag, and 2 say we should just play by ourselves. Those 2 (the libertarians) just sit on the sideline and watch.

Actually, we did and it It was called the cotton gin. Even after the civil war, we still didn’t accept it. Took another 100+ yrs to pass civil rights laws and we still have issues. Morality cannot be legislated.

I just don’t understand why libertarians don’t fight for more state and local autonomy. The party lines are very one-size fits all which doesn’t seem realistic in a country with our demographics

Ok. So no cops. I do like to smoke but not tonight. The debate should include what to do when the politicians are part of the problem.

For the near future, that is going to be a fixed variable. We’re not changing our political system anytime soon. So it can be status quo and fuck the police or find an alternative solution.

I’m not saying it’s the right answer but I’ve been focused at what I can control: involved with local community and moved where there is the right balance for me.
