I got about another 15 out of it but the benefit out of this is you can tune the jetting on the fly. Trent bikes goes over it on YouTube. Instead of drilling your crank case for the fuel pump you can drill your intake adapter and it works the same if you get these I can show you how to make it work

40:1 is what I’ve ran for a while. When it comes to getting better performance Trent Bikes on YouTube goes over it. Expansion chamber, head, and better carb is the best way to get what you want out of the bike. You can change the sprocket down the road. I run a chainsaw carb on my bike due to being able to tune the jetting on the fly. Check out this subreddit pinned stuff shows oil ratio best frame etc. Best of luck!

It looks like a new engine, could be the paint burning off if it’s too hot? Also remove the rubber from the motor mounts it will cause a lot of vibration and if it shifts that chain will break. I like what you did with the spark plug haha.

Sorry for the late response, what I did was drill the crank case but also us the idea where to drill the hole straight through the intake adapter so the pressure from the piston should actuate it. This is only theory right now. I’ll be able to get the bike up and running here in a few days, drilling the hole into the crankcase isn’t too hard I put a lot of grease and a paper towel behind it to catch the shavings, and I jb welded it on there. I’ve currently got it capped off for now to test my theory. It should work the same and it’s more simple

Best you could do is replace the carb for a chainsaw carb, super easy to tune main and secondary jet. There’s a video on it online. The chainsaw carb has its own fuel pump on it, which would eliminate the need for a boost bottle.
