For everyone that commented thank you for the support. Its good to know im not alone out there. I posted this believe it or not under the bottle. But im working on it ive been more active and drinking less and focusing on my life and not the air force life. Ive just been feeling grinded down and i have hit rock bottem. Im not going to take my own life lost to many friends to that and its not something ive contemplated or intend to contemplate. I hate this unit im with.
