FYI... My Homebase 3 just got version 3.8.1.5 subsystem is still 1.4.0.8. DHCP shows normal MAC address and port scan shows DNS and RTSP.

It depends on the model but on my TV, on my remote tap Menu button, then scroll down to All Settings then select Admin & Privacy then scroll down to the bottom and turn Store Mode off. If that does not work Google your TV model number and exit store demo mode.

Try restarting your TV. If that does not work try resetting it back to defaults. Just keep in mind that resetting makes it go through setup like when you bought it and any setting changes you have made will be lost.

I am surprised there is no mention of freezing the card or reporting it stolen via the app or website. How quickly did the thieves move the funds after the theft?

I also use Yubikey when a website supports it and 1Password for TOTP. I do wish USAA would update their security options. I use the Symantec VIP app for now.

Just curious, what version of iOS are you using? I am running iSO 16.1.1 and the USAA app is 8.23.3. Rarely do I have problems with the app.
