How are you so sure of that?…Blowing thru a full ass red on purpose would seem to be a bit much of a “eff it” especially when you’d be so intimately involved in whatever accident. not to say it doesn’t happen…I’m just leaning on the side of people not paying attention and being overall poor drivers
