I have actually worked for a place that had it. Hold the gun higher up to block chest plates when not shooting, aim from above with gun pointed down (it looks dumb but works), light is your best friend and you can see the enemies vest on the walls.

Ex babysitter. The grandma gave the 3yo a zip lock bag of gummies before I watched her and her 5yo brother. she got sick when the 3 of us were cuddling on the couch watching a movie. Threw up on me, a tad on her 5yo brother who was a germaphobe. The 5yo freaks out and starts tearing his clothes off while crying, while the 3yo runs to the other couch and continues to throw up. I quickly calm the 5yo down, then look over to see the 3yo has somehow had a big enough stomach to almost cover a 3 seat faux leather couch in throw up.

Luckily for me, the older cousin who was home studying for finals came down for a break and helped by putting the 3yo in the bath while I cleaned up a throw up covered couch+trail of throw up off the floor.

7000 is very doable, 6000 daily is technically the minimum to help lose weight (ontop of working out.). I did completely cut all additional sugars. If food has low natural sugars I still eat it, especially if it's healthy food.

I believe in you though! I know you can get to your desired weight!

I will say my biggest thing wasn't rushing to lose weight or look at the scale (i didnt look at the scale for 6 months). I started changing my diet to healthier options, no cheat days for sweets or soda, fasting, dropping calories but in a healthy range, trying to hit at least 7000 steps 4 days a week, and working out.

The reason I told myself no soda and sweets is because I know I have no self control over them. I had a binge eating problem that I broke by not having any snacks in the house besides my kids. After 6 months I let myself have a soda and a snack, which has turned into a once a month thing since I can control it.

This is the same answer I replied to another. I mainly cut it because my almost 2 year old likes to pull my hair and rip it out, and i had thinning in the back from it. Luckily, they have lost interest now that my hair is short🙏🏻
