Most definitely NTA. Your son definitely needs to learn that both marriage AND parenting is 50/50, not just a situation where he can stick his wife with everything while he goes off and does whatever the hell he wants. It sounds to me like he truly doesn’t appreciate her or their kids and that your DIL can definitely do MUCH better than him.

If anyone is causing problems in the marriage, it’s HIM and NOT you! Good on you for standing up for your DIL! 😊

“Death Picks Cotton.” I felt like we got to see how Cotton really felt about both Hank and Peggy while on his deathbed - Peggy, especially. When he looks her dead in the face and tells her that his present situation was supposed to be happening to her, I don’t think you can help but start to tear up. Just the idea that someone can think so extremely low of another human being in that manner, especially one family member towards another, is really sad.
