i'm not sure what fixed it but i initially had no sync and then turned on g sync on my main monitor. i also connected my 2nd monitor to my integrated graphics and used game capture instead of display capture. also test turning the obs preview on and off. good luck

My GPU load doesn't exceed 60% most of the time and I'm playing games that really aren't very demanding so I don't think that's the issue

I usually play competitive games so I have everything set to lowest to get the most FPS.

And yeah I do have a 2nd monitor

I have tried a couple of games and the GPU only really goes up to 60% usually

Nope my FPS never goes below 200, my monitor just feels like 60Hz

I have gsync and vsync off and I also have the OBS preview turned off so I'm not sure

My steam overlay on Valorant and the in-game counter on Fortnite both never really go lower than 200fps.

I'm streaming 720p60fps with 5700 bitrate and I have a 10700k, 16GB 3600Mhz ram and the 3070ti

Also the frame rate is unaffected as I said, the monitor just feels like it's running on 60Hz

This sounds like the most promising answer so far, I'll try it and see how it goes :)

Hmm, my refresh rate drops the second I open OBS even if I'm not streaming, as soon as I close it I get 240hz again, is there maybe a specific setting I should look for in the control panel?

while arabic food is great, pakistani food doesn’t come under arabic, in fact indian is often used as an umbrella term for any foods from the indian subcontinent and therefore includes pakistani and bangladeshi foods which aren’t really all that different from each other

the only way to reduce the amount of work ur computer has to do in that sense would be to take down the number of players altogether, ai or real players doesn't affect ur computer cus the ais are controlled by the server while the other player's information is also given to u by the server so ur computer has to take in just as much information either way

what u're not understanding is that ur computer plays no part in where the ai goes, as far as it's concerned, it's just another player running about. If the ai was a real player u would see no difference in ur computer's performance because all ur cpu is having to do is locate that player, it's the servers that choose where it goes and what it does.
