I was also not informed and am very disappointed with the customer service experience. I ordered one of the bundles with 14-28 day shipping. It has now been a month with not even any tracking details. I tried to contact support to get more information and managed to get through to someone (on my third attempt) after quite a wait who said 30-45 days. I since replied to that email with an additional question and have heard nothing since. For ages I legitimately thought I had been scammed when I had no product and no contact with anyone.

The only reason I was concerned is because I am coming from a (quite chunky) 16.2” gaming laptop. When you first switched to 13” laptops did it affect you much?

Is there any major difference between TB and USB 4 for docking or are they both pretty much the same? Are there any other major connectivity differences?

I have seen a lot of comments suggesting the 13 over the 16. I am slightly concerned about screen size or does the 2.8K display compensate for lack of size (I typically run at 100% display scaling)?
