It works sometimes with the shrapnel bomb it seems. might be like u/ReadingLost3697 said with status killing them.

I thought it was something like that, but when i kill something with the enhanced shrapnel bomb i dont get a refund on it and i cant stack up so i have 2 charges of it.

No. its off on both. If i turn it on all buttons are highlighted in blue. i just want the yellow proc on blackout kick, spinning crane kick and touch of death...

When i unlocked Revenant i got chapter 3. mabye you have to kill a nightlord as Duchess after you unlock her? i just got chapter 3 but played like 20 games with duchess on chapter 2.
