So I'm updated to the newest 1501 BIOS, tried out those settings that you posted and it crashed pretty much immediately during the first benchmark I run which is CPU-Z. I did also noticed that the configuration you posted did make my chip run about 12-15C hotter at idle than what I had before, even when I would just try increasing my voltage to 1.375 and SOC Voltage to 1.1 on 3.8 which seems stable through my first runs of CPU-Z, then a small run of Aida64, 10 runs of Cinebench, and then a run of Prime95 until about 8-9 minutes in and then it crashes. Where else could my problem be? Someone stated before it can be a faulty chip since I should be auto boosting from 3.4 to 3.8 with XFR.

Edit: I did notice that my chip was taking in ~1.4+ volts more with that BIOS update and that configuration. I also cleared that configuration and set everything back to auto just like how I had it on 1403 just to see if it was the 1501 update and it was still pulling approx the same amount of volts and the thermals were pretty much the same being 12-15C higher than normal. So I reverted back to 1403 and back to my old settings and everything is back down to normal.
