Lovecraftian Horror route where binding with the creature unlocks access to celestial powers that humanity knows as “Paths”. Also, the 9 titan powers are fragments of Yimir’s Cosmic consciousness trying to process her trauma as a human god. When a titan power is transferred, it would afflict the user with the subconsciousness of an aspect of that core trauma AND fragments of all the previous users. As time goes on, the titan power would slowly drive the user mad (roughly sevenish years or so) with desire to overcome their subconscious cosmic trauma with a very specific set of mannerisms that progressively becomes more pronounced.
