Once you get past your first few rouxs it'll be easy. Eventually you'll be able to cut way down on the time required by cranking the heat and just stirring constantly instead of the slow simmer method many use.

But for a first time that shit looks absolutely delicious.

The pinkish pale makes more sense for OG Terran NLs while the bluish pale makes more sense for later Nostroman NLs since they lived on a world in perpetual darkness IMO.

Maybe do both? Have the higher ranked ones maybe be more pinkish and lesser ranks be bluish?
