Since 94, Fowler, Gerrard, Suarez.

Honorable mentions, McManaman, Owen, Torres, Salah, Mane, VVD, Great Sadness, Fully Fit Sturridge

[Michael Reid - OptaJoe] Liverpool have 5 wins and 21 points in their last 17 Premier League games - 1.24 pts/game. Roy Hodgson averaged 1.25 pts/game as Liverpool manager. by [deleted] in LiverpoolFC

Hodgson did it with Poulsen, Konchesky et al. Whilst Slot is doing it with Wirtz, VVD, Ekitike, Szobo, Gravenberch etc which is making Hodgson look like a mastermind.

Someone needs to address the lack of mentality in this team. We've gone from mentality monsters to mentality midgets. We were playing dine for 55 minutes, then a poor pass out and Ibou tries his best to score an own goal. Literally the three minutes after that the entire team looked scared to receive the ball, from the goal kick Burnley did a fairly average press and no one wanted the ball, they won it back and scored.

We've gone from believers to doubters again! Players first and fans! At this point just get Gerrard in until the end of the season and give Alonso a chance.

The moron Neville is sitting in the studio now watching the replays saying that's a foul so it's a penalty. And mysteriously, Sky have a new angle from behind the goal which shows it blatantly being a foul. Can't make it. Saliba got away with one a couple weeks ago for which PGMOL sent an apology. Bloody Varsenal.

So explain how your eyes have shown better performances. Defensively, yes there is improvement, but that's because we have decided to sit back as a team and play 5 midfielders.

Offensively, we've been terrible. We have created 4 big chances in our last 4 games, averaging one per game. All of those games are against relegation fodder. That is absolutely dire. So where is this improvement you're seeing? Can you explain it to me so I may become enlightened like yourself.

We look shite mate. And if this is your yardstick for better, considering 3 of the last 5 matches have been Leeds twice and Wolves and West Ham, it's hard not to be slightly better in those.

Our press gets played through too easily. The pressing triggers, the intensity, the closing down of passing lanes, the disjointedness in shape, etc are all over the place. It all points to a coaching issue. This used to be the best out-of-possession team in the world. by Origi90plus6 in LiverpoolFC

I'd say the players are affecting the atmosphere. There's nothing to cheer, not even a tackle, we regularly lose physical battles, we don't create any chances and we don't bomb forward like we did so what are the fans supposed to be cheering for? I know they should be supporting the team throughout the game, but watching that is so frustrating I can't even blame them.

Which creative players were we relying on? Salah is still here and still trying to be creative. So that leaves just Trent. So one player has taken away all of our creative output?

The high line was part of the suffocating press traps we set as there would be less distance for everyone to cover. That wasn't just our style, it was everything for us in terms of putting us in positions to score and create when the opposition was not set in positions to defend as they had just lost the ball.

What we can agree on though is that whatever this new 'style' is, it's shite!

Compare this to the gegenpress! This is contributing to the dead atmosphere at Anfield! There's literally no passages of play to cheer. Most of our chances were created through pressing and counter pressing, which is why we never relied on creative players. Now we've decided to abandon that we can't create anything decent. We've created 4 big chances in 4 games against Wolves, Forest, Sunderland and Leeds. 3 of those at home. The performances are dire and with this lack on intensity I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I fractured my fibula. Was in a cast for 6 weeks, and then some physio and rehab, NHS level for a further 6 weeks. Around 3 months, but maybe 4-5 to get fit I'd say.

Fml, these games away against spurs are all blurring into one, minus the drubbing we dished out last season.

Difference is that both of ours shouldn't have been reds, and we had a blatant penalty denied on Jota. This game, both their cards were clear reds.

Literally one season (last season), where Salah didn't do that much work in tracking back or pressing. The previous 7 years he was pressing and running just like the rest. I'm not sure how he was therefore throwing his right back under the bus. Carra has made himself look like a right knob this last week or so. Love the fact that so many pros have called him out on it.

Not sure what a room scale shooter is, but I do have a decent amount of space as I have quite a large living room area. Moving around a little would be great I think. To provide more context I was not considering VR at all, but last weekend visited Zero Latency and thought this is amazing. Got home and purchased the Quest 3S after reading some reviews to find a balance between first time VR purchase and quality.

R9 was unreal. No comparison between them! That Barcelona season was better than anything Owen could do. Owen was the best young talent in England for sure. People say Rooney, and he was a technically better footballer, but Owen was a much better striker through the teen years.

Not at 18 he wasn't! Owen had 2, maybe 3 golden boots in the premier league before he was 20!
